What is Coaching?
You’ve heard of therapy and feel like you have a good idea about what goes on in a therapy session, maybe even been to therapy. But this life coaching stuff is new to you and you want some more information.

I’m Sue. Mom of 5, ADHD middle aged woman, life coach, and would be homesteader. I spent many years in therapy, and it was helpful. I learned a lot about why I am the way I am. What I didn’t learn was how to become who I wanted to become. Then I found coaching.
Coaching taught me to look at my brain and question my thoughts in ways that therapy never did. So what will you learn in coaching?
In coaching you learn how to catch your tricky brain when she lies to you. You learn to question the thoughts offered to you and intentionally choose news ones. You learn how to be compassionate with yourself and others. You learn how to embrace all the parts of you with love. The better you get at loving all of yourself the more peace you create in your life.
